Advanced Filtration for Prusa CORE One

The Advanced Filtration System is a set containing a housing with a HEPA filter, carbon filter, and a high-pressure blower that can be installed on the back of the Prusa CORE One and fully integrates with the printer.

Studies have shown that most of the commonly used 3D printing materials should be safe, but we wanted to take this a step further. Our farm running over 600 printers has been testing its own air filtration system for some time and we wanted to bring a similar solution to you. Fewer particles and less odor in the air are always better.

We partnered with a company specializing in air filters to bring you a highly effective tailor-made solution. By combining a highly efficient HEPA filter (99,9% efficiency) with active carbon granules we aim to eliminate both particles and odors.

Protection

Advanced Filtration protects against VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and UFPs (ultrafine particles; nanoparticles).

The HEPA filter with an estimated life span of at least 600 hours of runtime can be easily replaced.

Fully integrated

The Advanced Filtration System is mounted on the rear exhaust of the printer, the fans are controlled by the firmware.
