Is it for me?

Technical PA6 filament with additional 30% (in weight) glass fiber. The glass fibers reduce the shrinkage and the warping behavior. Material shows excellent strength and impact resistance. Recommended for all high strength parts with good heat resistance. Printed parts show a rough matte surface finish. The material differs from F3 PA-GF Pro in higher compression strength. Suitable for autoclave up to 180°C. Glass fibers are not electrically conductive and therefore an alternative for carbon fibers. Hardened stainless steel nozzle is highly recommended due to the abrasive compound. Regular brass nozzle can be damaged.

Printing Setup

• Nozzle - 260-285 °C
• Heatbed - 70-80 °C
• Recommended Steel Sheet - PA Nylon

Notes

The filament has to be kept dry for reliable print results under all conditions.
